Job Description:

About the Role:

You will work across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with solution architects and business stakeholders to deliver innovative Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
  • Supply Chain Execution (Inventory, Asset Maintenance, Order Management)
  • Manufacturing (Shop Floor Execution)
  • Quality Management
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Supply Planning
  • Engage in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation, user training materials, and workshop content.
  • Present application demos and facilitate knowledge transfer to end users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Proven track record in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
  • Oracle certifications in the relevant SCM modules are
    mandatory
    .
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
