12-month contract. Oracle Fusion Consultant. Financial Services. Your new company

Join a leading insurance / banking organisation on an initial 6-month contract, supporting a nationally significant transformation program that's centralising finance and HR processes into Oracle's Cloud suite. This opportunity sits within a mature enterprise environment driven by innovation, process excellence, and long-term scalability.

Your new role

As the Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in steering integration efforts between finance and people systems. You'll partner with delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud Financial modules (GL, Accounting Hub, AP/AR, Expenses)
  • Advise on integration points between HCM and finance platforms
  • Drive performance analysis and provide risk mitigation insights during migration
  • Support cross-functional teams and influence long-term architectural decisions
  • Lead or contribute to workshops, planning, and stakeholder engagement sessions

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Deep understanding of GL, AR, AP, and related modules
  • Background integrating finance and HR systems in complex orgs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting acumen
