Oracle Fusion SaaS Admin & Security (Anywhere in Australia)
Summary
The Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS), including Financials, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain modules.
This role ensures system stability, manages environment updates, user access/security, and serves as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders for all SaaS administration tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) applications.
Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS security model (role-based access control).
Experience with Oracle Support (My Oracle Support - MOS) and SR management.
Proficiency in tools like ADFdi, HDL, BIP, Smart View, OTBI, and FSM.
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with Oracle for resolution.
Configure and manageOAuth2 security keys and client credentialsin the OCI Console for secure integration with external systems.
ManageFusion SaaS Security CredentialsviaOCI IAMorIDCSfor REST/SOAP API integrations.
Maintain and monitorSSO and federation settingsfrom OCI Console.
ConfigureCloud printers(IP-based) in OCI and associate them with Fusion ERP or SCM for automatic document printing.
Set upnotification services, monitoring alerts, andOCI Logging/Monitoringfor SaaS integration layers.
Coordinate with Oracle forOCI-level networking configurationssuch as allow-lists, gateway policies, and SaaS connectivity validation.
Knowledge transfer to support teams.
