What's the role?

We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join the Qube team in Geraldton to transport various materials, products & minerals throughout the Midwest region in Western Australia. These are full-time positions for locally based applicants, to be responsible for the operation, loading & unloading of road trains - varying from a Double up to a Quad.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

  • Current MC Licence
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience operating double, triple and/or quad road train combinations
  • Must haveprior loading experience
  • Prior side and/or bowl-tipping experience
  • Front-End Loader ticket (or ability to obtain one)
  • National Police Clearance – Dated within 6 months of application
  • Traffic History Report – Dated within 3 months of application
  • Maritime Security Identification Card – or ability to obtain one
  • WA Fatigue Management Certificate – valid within 3 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other operators
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A positive attitude towards the transport industry
  • Good mechanical aptitude

Internal Qube Employee Referral Fee:

  • Increase from $500 to $1000 (For Qualified MC Operators Only)
  • To be paid to the referrer upon commencement of employee

Sign on bonus (Residential Only)

  • $1000 paid on commencement of employment
  • $2000 paid on completion of 3 months employment
