About the Role

We are seeking a BI Reporting Developer / Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SSRS and Power BI. n this role, you'll be a key part of the delivery team, helping clients turn data into actionable insights through high-quality reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards.
  • Gather and interpret business requirements to build reporting solutions that add real value.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, data teams, and functional consultants to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with business outcomes.
  • Support projects with ongoing reporting enhancements and data insights.
  • Work across Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM data environments to deliver impactful reporting solutions.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in SSRS and Power BI reporting.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (ERP/CRM) highly regarded.
  • Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights.
  • Comfortable working in a consulting/client-facing environment.
