No two days are the same, but your role could include:

  • Supporting people with disabilities to build routines and life skills
  • Encouraging confidence in social settings and new environments
  • Helping with daily living (meals, appointments, errands, personal care)
  • Exploring hobbies, passions, and community activities together
  • Being a steady hand, a listening ear, and a cheerleader for personal growth

**Previous experience in the disability sector is a bonus, but if you've got the right heart and mindset, we want to meet you.

-The "Nitty Gritty" requirements you must have

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • NDIS worker orientation module
  • Drivers License
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Cert 3 in Disability/Individual Support highly advantageous or currently studying.
