We're on the lookout for passionate, skilled staff to provide high quality Mentoring and Support Work services.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a trusted, values-driven organisation. While the primary role is as a Mentor, there may be opportunities to contribute in areas such as Counselling or Youth Employment Coaching (SLES), depending on your qualifications and experience.

This role is based in the community, supporting participants in their homes and accompanying them to their appointments, community events, recreational activities, or local outings such as shopping.

About Us

Coordim8 are a Disability and Mental Health Support service provider based in Adelaide, SA. We offer a range of services, including Support Work, Mentoring, Counselling, and SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports). We're an NDIS Registered Provider, delivering person-centred care through a passionate team of professionals.

About the Role

This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. As a Support Worker and Mentor, you'll support individuals with disabilities and mental health support needs to achieve their goals and maintain a good quality of life.

Key Details
  • Casual role with potential for full-time hours in 2025 (approx. 15 hours/week to start).

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's (or currently studying towards) in a relevant field.
  • Driver's license, vehicle, and relevant checks (NDIS Screening, Police Clearance, WWCC, First Aid & CPR).
