Product & Marketing Designer – Full time

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Product & Marketing Designer will be responsible for leading end-to-end product design, combining UX/UI for digital tools with creative design for marketing assets.

To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate:


• The ability to work autonomously and in a team


• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills


• Solution focused, willing to identify and recommend improvements


• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders


• Passion, commitment, resilience and willingness to learn.


• Meeting deadlines

Key duties of this position include but are not limited to:


• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.


• Ensure design consistency across all digital products by developing and maintaining design systems and style guide


• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback


• Design visually engaging graphics for social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and website banners.
