We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Estimator to join our growing team across Oasis Building Group and Dune Building Technologies. This role is central to ensure accurate project costing, streamlined production processes, and supporting our innovative approach to residential building and 3D construction printing. Constructor Software experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and take-offs for custom homes and 3D-printed projects.
  • Manage purchase orders, subcontractor quotes, and supplier pricing.
  • Collaborate with design, construction, and operations teams to align project budgets with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records in Constructor software (mandatory).
  • Provide insights to improve cost efficiencies and project workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Production Estimator in residential construction.
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in Constructor software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of custom homes and/or innovative building methods (advantageous).
