About the role

We are looking for a part-time Showroom Host and Administrative Assistant to join the team at Choices Flooring in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the success of our growing business. The role will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting in showroom operations, and supporting the administration of the store.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Demonstrating product knowledge to help customers make informed purchase decisions
  • Maintaining the showroom's appearance and organization to create an inviting and professional environment
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
  • Providing support to the store manager and other team members as needed

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the flooring industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer software for administrative tasks
  • A keen interest in home design and a passion for helping customers
