About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Success Manager to work within our Employment Programs.

Lead a passionate team focused on client engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You'll listen to clients and their support networks, use evidence-based insights, and drive initiatives that enhance the client experience - helping people belong, thrive, and achieve their goals, now and into the future.

Your Key Focus

• Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to understand client needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor client satisfaction, identify challenges, and implement strategies to improve retention.
• Coach and mentor team members in business development and cross-service knowledge.
• Provide evidence-based insights to guide client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure policies and risk management practices support sustainable, high-quality client experiences.

Skills, experience, qualifications

• Holds relevant qualifications and clearances, including NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, and any required international police checks; must meet visa and driver's license requirements.
• Extensive experience in client relationship development and management, including handling client or customer enquiries.
• Skilled in research and analysis to inform strategies, plans, and actionable insights.
• Experienced in collaborating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, including those with diverse communication needs.
• Experience or ability to adapt quickly to the disability services sector and/or not-for-profit organisational context.
