We're on the lookout for a Buying Assistant to join our dynamic Product team. You'll be the go-to support for our Buyers – keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, managing samples, tracking orders, and making sure our customers get the right product at the right time. And this isn't just admin – you'll also get hands-on exposure to product development, repeats, and accessories buying as you grow.

What you'll do
  • Raise and manage purchase orders in NetSuite, ensuring everything is accurate and on time.
  • Own the organisation of samples so fit sessions, marketing shoots, and press moments run seamlessly.
  • Help pull together weekly trade and competitor reports, making sure the team has the right info at their fingertips.
  • Assist in preparing range builds and line sheets for seasonal sign-offs and reviews.
  • Support the Buyer with accessories and footwear – from sample requests to checking repeats.
  • Keep product data accurate across NetSuite, Shopify, and Style Arcade (because details matter).
  • Be the first point of contact for suppliers on routine queries and updates, keeping things moving.
What we're looking for
  • Detail-obsessed, organised, and thrives on getting things right.
  • Comfortable working with data and reports (Excel/Google Sheets skills essential).
  • A true fashion lover who gets what makes a product sell.
  • Great communicator who works well with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Previous fashion retail, ecommerce, or head office experience is a plus – but we also welcome fashion grads who are hungry to learn.
