Carinity Home Care – Brisbane North has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Care Partner to join the team.

Reporting to the Area Manager, in this role you will assist in the coordination and delivery of home care services to clients living in the Brisbane North region. Through providing client- focused, high-quality care, you will enable the elderly to remain living independently in their own homes.

This role will play in integral part in assessing and developing individualised care plans in accordance with industry standards and client needs. On-call is shared is shared between Care Partners and the Area Manager.

What do I need for the role?

  • Experience in coordination of aged or disability services.
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or other relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including supporting care staff to deliver individualised care.
  • Ability to work both autonomously, and as a team member.
  • Hold a current drivers licence and an NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
