This role is for a motivated and mechanically minded 'go-getter'. We need a customer service champion to provide technical support and drive sales for our Hardy Spicer branch in Mackay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

About You – The Ideal Candidate:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• At least a 1-year experience in customer service/ sales industry.
• Experience in industrial/ hydraulic products such as is advantageous
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Team player to support other areas when required.
