trust, service, accountability, respect and empathy.

Out of

compliance with OOHC registers and assesses organisations against the NSW Child

accrediting out of home care and adoption agencies and for monitoring voluntary
out-of-home care and the Carers and Residential Care Workers Registers. It
contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the Accreditation
and Registration systems and processes so that they are effective and
efficient.

We are seeking a motivated and resilient person with
the following key skills:

Manage complex and sensitive matters with competing and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment where confidentiality and discretion are key.
Develop and maintain effective and trusting relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor agency compliance and performance against legislative and agreed frameworks through desktop assessment and onsite visits.
