About the Position:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Family Lawyer to join their respected family law practice. This is not just another job – it's a pivotal career step that offers a genuine path to Partnership for a driven and accomplished lawyer.
You'll be joining a high-performing team that takes pride in handling a diverse range of complex and often high-net-worth family law matters, including:
- Property settlements and asset division strategies
- Parenting arrangements and child custody disputes
- Binding Financial Agreements and spousal maintenance matters
- Interstate and international relocation issues
This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within the team, working closely with seasoned Partners and senior legal professionals who are committed to mentoring and supporting your progression.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law (private practice experience is necessary)
