About the Role

As an Apprentice Parts Interpreter, you will learn all aspects of the role through hands-on training and mentoring. Over the course of your apprenticeship, you'll develop skills to:

  • Assist in identifying and interpreting customers' parts requirements.
  • Communicate with customers face-to-face, by phone, and email to provide solutions.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare quotations and check stock availability.
  • Support the team with general store duties and warehouse support when needed.
  • Participate in product training and build knowledge of our extensive range of products.

This is a full-time apprenticeship role, combining practical experience with formal training.

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop a career in the industrial sector.

You will ideally bring:

  • A strong interest in mechanical or industrial parts.
  • A willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge is a bonus).
  • A professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence or working towards it.

No prior experience is necessary – just the right attitude and a passion for learning
