About the Client
Our client is a Queensland-based, family-owned precast concrete specialist with a strong reputation for delivering architectural and structural precast, glass-reinforced concrete, hollowcore flooring, and a wide range of finishes. What You Will Be Doing
Successful candidates will be based out of the client's Carole Park site, commencing at 5:30am (Monday to Friday). You will play a key role in the construction, modification, and maintenance of precast moulds within a busy, well-equipped workshop. - Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing components to precise specifications
- Setting up moulds and preparing them for production

- Proven experience in formwork, mould building, or metal fabrication environments
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Proficiency with a variety of hand, power, and fabrication tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- A strong level of physical fitness and a safety-first attitude
What's in it for you
