About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven
Data Migration & Solutions Specialist
to join our Customer Delivery & Solutions team. In this role, you'll take the lead on migrating customer data from legacy systems into Lookout's Care Suite, ensuring accuracy, security, and smooth implementation. You'll also help build automations to streamline workflows, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and contribute to project delivery that drives customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform end-to-end data migration (ETL, mapping, validation, remediation) from legacy systems to Lookout's Care Suite, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security frameworks.
  • Build and deploy automation solutions using APIs and Workato recipes in line with statements of work.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and the Technical Delivery Manager to deliver on implementation timelines.
  • Validate migrated data and resolve issues quickly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing where required.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in client meetings, project checkpoints, and pre-sales support activities.
  • Actively participate in project planning, stand-ups, and reporting using Lookout's project management tools.
  • Troubleshoot client problems effectively, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 2+ years experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from CSVs, web APIs, and SQL databases using Python (preferred) or equivalent scripting language.
  • 1+ years experience building and supporting automatons with Workato (Preferred) or equivalent middleware such as Jitterbit, Zapier, or Boomi.
  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service to varying audiences.
  • Optionally, experience in the aged care industry and care operations.
  • Optionally, experience with a cyber security program such as SOC2.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and work across teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realisation.
  • You have excellent written and communication skills
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia.
  • A successful National police check, or willingness to apply.
