What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading a team is a must.
  • A qualified welder competent in both steel and aluminum MIG welding is essential.
  • Experience in automotive welding is preferred.
  • You are a dedicated tradesperson with well-developed communication skills.
  • You're self-motivated and driven to continually strive for success.

What You'll Do:
As a vital part of our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading your team to bring engineering drawings to life. You'll service & repair high-quality trailers and trailer parts, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time. Your day will involve expert fabrication, including general welding, cutting, grinding, and drilling. You will also confidently use hand and power tools, cranes, and other essential equipment. Your commitment to our "ZERO Injuries" goal is crucial as you uphold safe working practices.
