We offer end-to-end transformer solutions, including product specification review, design, manufacture, factory acceptance test, installation, condition monitoring, maintenance and repair services, spare parts and asset disposal.

We support the majority of the electricity infrastructure providers and heavy electricity users and have a proved track record of supplying a wide range of transformer solutions across Australia and in targeted overseas markets.

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Welders/Boilermakers to join our afternoon shift team on a full-time basis in Glen Waverley.

To be successful within this role you will have experience with:

Essential:

  • Hands on experience with MIG Welding
  • Experience with oxy cutting.
  • Some knowhow reading engineering drawings.
  • Working within safety standards and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to quality and detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision.
  • A positive attitude and team player.

Preferred:

  • Dogman Ticket (we can help you get this ticket).
  • Experience in heavy plate welding.
  • Sub Arc welding experience (we can train you).
  • Knowledge of AS1554 welding standards.
  • Physical fitness, ability to kneel for extended periods.
  • Conversational English, both written and verbal.
