The Opportunity – Finance Business Partner (ahm)
 
- Fixed-Term Contract until June

As the Finance Business Partner (ahm) within the Finance and Strategy Division, you will work closely with Leadership level stakeholders of the ahm Hub to drive financial performance, provide insightful analysis, and contribute to key business decisions. You will be part of a high performing and collaborative Finance Team which supports a complex Portfolio with a unique combination of exposure across many business areas including, Frontline, Marketing, Digital, and Product & Commercial performance. You will also lead, coach and enable one direct report.

How you will create value

In this broad ranging and fast paced role, you will use your exceptional leadership and technical skills to add value to ahm by:

• Collaborating with ahm leaders to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Regularly engage with key leaders to review financial performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide financial guidance on initiatives and operational efficiencies to find the win-win with customers and performance.

• Partner with ahm leaders to analyse and optimise costs related to key processes.

• Assess the financial impact of proposed projects and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and performance.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of concern, as well as ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the ahm Hub.

• Collaborate with multiple other Squads, Hubs and other business partners to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies

• Provide strong people leadership to the direct report.

About you

You have proven leadership capability with a track record of success coaching and enabling others to foster talent and improve performance. With excellent relationship management skills, you build trusted relationships quickly and have demonstrated experience influencing outcomes across all levels of an organisation.

Other key requirements include:

• CA or CPA qualified preferred.

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives via immediate strategic insight, strong articulation skills and commercial acumen.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
