We're looking for a friendly, food-loving team member to join our new small store in Tugun.

At Locavore Regenerative Organic Butchery, we're passionate about connecting people to real food — meat, broths, and meals made with integrity and respect for the land, animals, and community.

Our Tugun store is a clean retail environment — we're a butcher by nature, but all our products are packed and frozen at our Byron headquarters, so there's no meat handling or cutting on site.

This role is retail-focused with a small retail wall space and additional hands-on duties such as mixing and packaging our range of dried goods for sale.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Brings exceptional customer service and a genuine love for people
  • Has a passion for real food and healthy choices
  • Is curious and eager to learn about regenerative farming practices
  • Takes pride in presentation and a tidy, organised workspace
  • Enjoys variety in their day and being part of a small, supportive team

Experience in food retail or hospitality is helpful but not essential — what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
