We're working closely with a well-established, inner-city studio who are involved in a wide range of apartment and mixed-use projects.

Being a dedicated ArchiCAD environment, they are looking to appoint a highly experienced ArchiCAD guru to become the "go-to" person for all things ArchiCAD related within their studio.

This will also be a hands-on Architectural Documentation role, so we see this being around 75% documentation and 25% focused on ArchiCAD management, system improvement, staff training and development.

With well-established BIM systems already in place and a Mac environment, this opportunity would be ideally suited to an Architect or experienced Architectural Draftsperson with 8+ years of experience, high-end ArchiCAD knowledge and broad technical experience.

You will play a pivotal role in working on projects from conception through to completion. Your expertise will be central to leading and refining workflows, drawing protocols and operational standards and ensuring success across all projects undertaken in ArchiCAD.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Qualification in Master of Architecture/Diploma of Arch Drafting
  • Outstanding ArchiCAD skills
  • 3+ years of experience running mid to large projects $20M+
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Patient with excellent communications skills who is able to train/educate the team
  • Enjoys problem solving and formulating solutions
  • Thoroughness in quality control
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, approachable and all-round team player

Salary circa $100,000 per annum plus Superannuation, this is a permanent position, available for an immediate start.
