Oppenheim Architecture is hiring an Architectwith 2 to 5 years of experience. You'll be based out of their office inBasel, Switzerland . This is an opportunity to contribute to the creative and technical development of projects, from initial concept to construction.Oppenheim Architectureis looking for someone with the ability to work in a team environment .
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of design concepts and preliminary teasers.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- Support the production of construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify conditions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Research building materials, products, and construction techniques.
- Ensure design compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 2-5 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- To ensure Swiss hiring regulations: EU/ EFTA nationality ismandatory(a residence permit is not enough)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, V-Ray, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Initiative in response to direction from project leaders
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
