Job Description:

  • This role involves working across Knockdown Rebuild (KDRB) projects as part of the Drafting Leadership Team.
  • You will be responsible for allocating team workflow, coordinating drafting resources, and supporting coaching and managing the KDRB Drafting Team.
  • You will also document and deliver a range of products and services, including Working Drawings.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing the documentation of all stages of Working Drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and managing workflow and resources.
  • You will support team members to develop skills and standards.

Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have highly experienced Draftsperson skills with an excellent understanding of Archicad and people leadership and professional development skills.
  • Tertiary Drafting or relevant design qualification, extensive experience as an ArchiCad draftsperson, and ability to deliver excellent quality documentation to deadlines are essential requirements.
  • You will also require technical knowledge of construction methods, BCA, and Rescode, accuracy, neatness, and patience.
