What this Opportunity involves:
A rare Centre Manager role has become available to drive a portfolio of 9 neighbourhood centres for our client with a combined NLA of circa 43,000 sqm and 147 tenants.
The position is senior within the asset management and leadership team, collaborating with the Engineering Operations Services & Finance teams, along with the Commercial team to deliver upon KPI's for the client.
The role directly oversees functions including the compilation and delivery of business plans, budgets and forecasts, exceptional reporting, retail lease compliance including all lease associated payments, debt management, retail store liaison, marketing strategy and event execution, regular & accurate client reporting and stakeholder management.

An Overview of the role:
- Maintain safe, efficient work environments with proper OH&S, IT systems, and equipment for staff and contractors
- Prepare documentation per Leasing Policy requirements
- Collect all tenant payments (rent, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levies, electricity) by due dates
- Monitor and aggressively reduce arrears; provide required reporting to clients and colleagues
- Develop and implement Business Plan, budgets, and client reporting within set timeframes
- Stay current with relevant property legislation; liaise with owner's solicitors on documentation
- Manage ongoing fitout upgrade programs and support tenant fitout works
- Maintain regular council contact; monitor development applications affecting the centre and advise Portfolio Team and Client with recommendations
