About the Centre:

Our experienced educators are passionate about supporting each child's unique journey. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming space where children feel secure, confident, and inspired to learn through play, connection, and discovery. Children enjoy three thoughtfully designed outdoor play areas, as well as a variety of engaging experiences throughout the week - including regular incursions like Rhythm & Moves and Little Sports Hero. Our cooking program encourages healthy habits and hands-on learning, complemented by fresh, nutritious meals prepared onsite daily.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
• Mixed on-the-floor and in-the-office role

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Experience desired but not necessary
• A current Working with Children's Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
