Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Nanjing. This role will oversee rehabilitation projects, coordinate with international partners, and drive the adoption of innovative sports technology and physiotherapy practices.

This position is open to:


• Experienced project managers with a healthcare or hospital background, OR


• Young, passionate physiotherapy graduates (preferably with an Australian education) who want to grow into an international leadership role.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage rehabilitation and sports technology projects from planning to execution.


• Serve as the communication bridge between Chinese and Australian hospitals, clinics, and training partners.


• Organize and support professional training, certification, and educational programs.


• Track rehabilitation industry trends and recommend technology adoption.


• Prepare bilingual (Chinese/English) reports, proposals, and presentations.


• Support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Sports Medicine, or related healthcare fields.


• Preferred: Graduated from an Australian university in physiotherapy or rehabilitation sciences.


• Project management or coordination experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations (China and/or Australia) is highly valued.


• Strong interest in sports technology, rehabilitation, and innovation.


• Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English) – both written and spoken.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-border settings.
