The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a warm, state-based customer portfolio. In this role, you'll focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, including real estate agents, by promoting services such as AML checks, eSigning, and title search products. You'll work closely alongside the existing Account Manager to ensure strong client relationships and continued business growth.
About you
We're looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven sales mindset. You thrive on high activity, making 40+ calls a day, and communicate with impact to influence outcomes. Client satisfaction is your priority, you resolve issues, act on feedback, and build lasting relationships. You focus on the client's perspective while skilfully mobilising resources to drive sales and achieve business goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Onboard new Securexchange clients and ensure a smooth adoption process.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Promote and sell the full range of Securexchange services to clients and real estate agencies.
- Engage clients through phone calls, emails, webinars, and product training sessions.
- Monitor client usage to identify potential issues or risks.
- Proactively prevent and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships and increase platform adoption.
- Communicate the benefits and value of Securexchange to clients effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong sales mindset with experience in up-selling and cross-selling
- Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
- Proven sales results and a proactive, self-driven approach
- Ability to build quick rapport and maintain strong relationships
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ownership of work
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Training or coaching experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of conveyancing or legal processes is advantageous
- 12 months+ experience in a similar role preferred
