DL Aus Group are looking for a motivated Accounting Analyst (Entry Level) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for finance, looking to grow their career in a supportive environment.

What you'll do:

  • Process accounts payable/receivable and assist with payroll for labour hire operations
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and support monthly reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate financial records in Xero
  • Provide admin and reporting support to the finance team

What we're looking for:

  • Degree (or near completion) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in labour hire, construction, or workforce management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Xero (essential)
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
