Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking a talented and driven Commercial and RGM Analyst to join our team at our Stapylton Head Office. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner - Commercial.

About the Role

As a Commercial and RGM Analyst, you'll work closely with our Commercial and Finance teams to deliver accurate and timely data, analytics, and reporting with a strong focus on Revenue Growth Management. Your insights will add value, maximise revenue growth, and support business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data and trends to provide actionable insights for operational performance and RGM initiatives.
  • Support month-end reporting, including variance and root cause analysis, with a focus on RGM metrics.
  • Partner with Commercial and State Managers to monitor trade spend and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Implement reporting systems and automation for sales KPIs using Power BI.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting, Business/Commerce, or similar.
  • At least 3 years' experience in commercial analytics or financial business partnering in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution; RGM experience highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to explain key drivers to senior audiences.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
