Our client is a leading custom and project home builder with numerous stunning display homes across South East QLD. They are seeking a proactive and skilled ICT Support Officer to join their team based out of their offices on the Northern Gold Coast.

About the Role:

As their ICT Support Officer, you will play a critical role in keeping their technology running smoothly, supporting staff, and ensuring their display homes and offices are equipped with the latest hardware and software solutions. This is a hands-on, varied role with a mix of onsite and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and offboard users, ensuring smooth IT transitions
  • Travel to display homes and sites for hardware setup and deployment
  • Manage mobile devices via Intune and Apple Business Manager (MDM)
  • Configure and maintain Ubiquiti routers and VPNs
  • Administer Microsoft 365: Intune, Entra, Exchange, Teams, MFA, SharePoint
  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting to staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in ICT support, ideally in a multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Apple Business Manager
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across Brisbane and Gold Coast to multiple display homes.
