Lawson Elliott is excited to be exclusively partnering with a well-recognised building services business who are looking to welcome a confident and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a permanent part-time basis, with the opportunity to move to full-time in the future. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate, well driven and has a willingness to develop and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Customer debtor ledger management
- Reconciling debt accounts and reports
- Resolving disputes and queries
- Daily EFT and cheque remittances
- Completing phone calls to customers and clients
- Supporting other Finance and Admin roles
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI beneficial, but not essential
