Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in organising and managing workplace communications and correspondence.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support project coordination by managing timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Support Officer Should Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
