Plumbing Supervisor – Exciting Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity within our team as our current Plumbing Supervisor steps into the role of General Manager. This move has opened the door for a motivated and capable individual to step up as the new Supervisor of our Plumbing Division.

We are a maintenance plumbing company, and this role is all about leading from the front while supporting a strong team of tradespeople.

As the Plumbing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Quality Control – making sure all maintenance and repair jobs meet our high standards.
  • Team Support – keeping the guys happy, motivated, and well supported.
  • Hands-On Work – jumping on the tools when needed to get the job done.
  • Resource Management – ensuring the team has the correct materials, equipment, and job details every day.
  • Problem Solving & Guidance – helping the team troubleshoot and deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven plumbing experience (maintenance background preferred).
  • Trade qualifications and strong technical knowledge.
  • Leadership and communication skills with a team-first approach.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
