Building Construction Supervisor

- Preparing, reviewing, and analysing construction plans
- Interpreting plans, codes of practice, and relevant regulations
- Supervising electrical/wiring installation, and plumbing works on-site
- Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings, and technical specifications
- Coordinating and monitoring construction schedules, manpower loading and programs
- Supervising the construction sites and organizing and coordinating the material and human resources required
- Overseeing and inspecting construction sites, and estimating project timeline, associated costs, and resources
- Performing routine calculations and plotting preliminary data for project analysis
- Managing projects on rural properties and farms
- Infrastructure drawing, water supply planning, and farm electricity planning
- Following strict compliance with building standards
- Adhere to company and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environmental(HS&E) standards
- Preparing regular performance and incident reports for senior management
- Must have 10 years of qualifying experience
- A Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Required knowledge and skill with a Landscape drawing program - working knowledge of LAND Works CAD is preferred
- Planning and infrastructure drawings for rural properties or farms are desirable
