**The Position**:
This is a full-time, permanent administration position based in our new head office in Lilydale.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting and supporting the management team with administration functions
- Providing varied administration support such as maintaining staff records, electronic and hard copy filing system, and documentation
- Managing stationary, office supplies, equipment and material orders
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for management staff
- Administrative support to the management team that work on the road
- Other duties relating to office administration as assigned by the directors and the management team
- Exhibit a ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic
- Be a real team player and thrive in a friendly office environment
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communications skills for interacting with a diverse range of clients, staff and suppliers
- Ability to support multiple managers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work autonomously

Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
