As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of HVAC services and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial and industrial air conditioning.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and submit pricing and proposals for minor works projects
  • Liaise with clients ensuring customers satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to technicians, with on tools responsibility.
  • Coordinate scheduling, resources, and workflows.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Report to senior management for performance updates and improvement initiatives.

Ideal Experiences & Requirements

  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HVAC service/project management.
