Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management?
Our Property Management team is tasked-based which means each of our PM's, whilst trained in all areas, typically focus on one particular aspect of the property management process.
This is a unique approach to property management which allows us to work to each team member's individual strengths and interests, ensuring we provide not only a comprehensive and tailored service to both our landlords and tenants but a well-rounded and enjoyable work environment.
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee general office-based duties within our property management processes for our 1,000 property rent role featuring a diverse range of properties, provide top-notch service to our valued landlords and tenants, and ensure smooth processes.
About The Role:
Full time position
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm
Role is based at our office in Caboolture
Team focused environment with independent work
Task-based department
Handling various aspects of the property management process
Provide professional service to our clients
Facilitating property management procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular routine property inspections
Reporting to owners via both email and phone
No entries or exits required
Additional day-to-day property management duties that may be required
This is a great role for someone who enjoys property management and handling variety of tasks without feeling overwhelmed.
This role consistent and ideal for someone who likes the balance of being both inside and outside the office, communicating with clients, having a steady workflow and is professional yet compassionate in their approach.
Essential Role-Based Skills Required:
- MUST hold a current real estate certificate
- MUST have prior experience in property management
- Current drivers license
- Knowledge of Console Gateway preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of relevant real estate legislation
- Ability to facilitate property management paperwork
