About Us:

Kal Tire Australia are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in either Perth, WA OR Brisbane, QLD. About the Position:

We are expanding our Service Delivery Team to support Kal Tire's continued growth and success, and are looking for a driven, organised Commercial Manager who can drive supply partner engagement and support business development activities.

You will be instrumental in the ongoing growth and future expansion of Kal Tire Australia. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, driving diversification and growth
  • Strengthening existing relationships with key customers, suppliers and partners
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Preparing annual budgets and regular forecast revisions, focusing on data-driven decision making
  • Taking the lead on tenders, focusing on compliance and fostering collaboration between departments

This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday based out of either our Perth or Brisbane office.

About you:

  • Significant experience in operations, marketing or business development within the mining and/or tyre industry
  • Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the business
  • Experienced in proposals, tender preparation and presentation delivery, with high level proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Proven experience managing commercial and operational performance within budget
  • A safety-driven approach to everything you do
