This role supports the Revenue Mix Manager in executing PepsiCo Australia Snacks' net revenue strategy by optimizing promotions, pricing, trading terms, and pack-price architecture. It involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Finance to align financial goals with customer strategies, using a data-driven, long-term approach to revenue management. The position contributes to sustainably maximizing revenue and margins across a $1 billion snacks portfolio.

Cross-Functional Revenue Growth Management Solutions: Collaborate with Finance and Sales to design and implement promotional pricing strategies that enhance system profit and deliver balanced value for PepsiCo and Traditional Trade customers.
Revenue Planning & Reporting: Build and present Revenue Management insights for annual planning and reporting, highlighting Net Revenue Realisation (NRR) and NR/KG impacts of RGM initiatives to Commercial Finance and sector leads.
Channel Leadership: Act as the Revenue Management lead for Traditional Trade and P&C channels, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
Promotional Governance: Chair promotional clashing meetings with Sales teams to manage overlaps and optimize promotional effectiveness.
Capability Development & Analysis: Support post-event analysis and provide NRR recommendations for key selling periods, while helping localize and deploy global RGM tools and capabilities in the Australian market.
About you
- A degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or Commerce is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or data analytics within the consumer goods industry or a related agency.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business P&L.
- Ability to connect data sources to develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
