Our client is expanding their Allied Health division across South East QLD and they're looking for an Occupational Therapist to help deliver high-impact therapy in the Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay/Maryborough) or Caboolture.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that genuinely cares about each other, the clients, and the broader community. Whether you prefer clinic-based work or enjoy being out and about doing home and school visits, this role is all about flexibility, collaboration, and purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide therapy for NDIS participants and community clients, with a focus on paediatrics
  • Deliver services in clinic, schools, homes, and via telehealth
  • Develop creative, functional, and person-centred therapy plans
  • Collaborate closely with other OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physios, and AHAs
  • Participate in group mentoring and CPD tailored to your interests
  • Contribute to a growing, forward-thinking allied health team that's just getting started

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Driver's licence – for community visits (pool cars available)
  • A genuine passion for client outcomes and values-based practice
  • New grads and experienced OTs welcome to apply
