About the Role:

Are you a friendly and organised professional with excellent phone manner and a passion for helping people? We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing invoices into our CRM systems, answering inbound calls and other supporting administrative tasks.

This role requires proficiency in both customer service and data entry with a strong attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. A focus on the customer experience is crucial as is the ability to work effectively to deadlines in a goal driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Enter invoices into our CRM software systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data by ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and participant plan funding.

  • Correspond with providers and participants via email regarding invoice queries, corrections and troubleshooting

  • Handle administrative tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with an excellent phone manner

  • Proven experience in a high-volume data entry or a similar role, preferably in a administration or disability services environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks and procedural skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and meet KPI targets.

  • Excellent Communication skills written and verbal, must be fluent in English.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy regulations.

  • Competent in MS Office and Outlook.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proactive and adaptable problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing development

  • Reliability and punctuality.

  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in invoice processing.

  • Knowledge and experience of the NDIS is preferred but not required
