Our opportunity

As the Senior Manager, Product Origination and Structured Transactions, you will provide support contributing to the execution of Mirvac's Group Strategy through capital solutions and structuring, product development and divestment initiatives in target sectors, markets and Mirvac pipeline.

The SOCM forms part of the integrated business model providing integrated, diversified and focused support to each of the sectors of Commercial, Build to Rent, Industrial, Retail and Residential across Mirvac's business units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the formalization of capital solution strategies to execute broader Mirvac Group initiatives and capital requirements.
• Liaising and developing commercial relationships with capital partners, developers, financiers and other sources of capital funding.
• Preparing marketing and pitch packs for presentation to potential capital partners.
• Keeping abreast of market information and trends.
• Contributing to the Ideation and execution of new institutional grade investment products complimenting Mirvac's capabilities.
• Manage the structuring and execution of complex transactions across sectors with aligned partners.
• Working to optimize structuring and feasibility analysis to maximise outcomes and minimise risk for Mirvac Group as well as building and reviewing financial models.
• Preparing Investment Committee, Board and SteerCo papers for presentation to Mirvac executives in a clear and concise manner with information relevant for key decision making.
• Managing comprehensive and complete due diligence and transaction processes to compliment execution alongside Mirvac developments and new business opportunities.  
• Managing consultants including legal advisers, valuers and ensuring compliance with applicable internal and 
• regulatory processes and reporting requirements. 
• Assisting with any special projects or undertaking any other duties as reasonably required. 

Your point of difference

You will be professionally qualified with a related qualification to financial services or property industry with understanding of the operation of property investment markets and have held a role with responsibility for executing complex development JV and funds transactions.

You will have Deal structuring capability, understanding key capital drivers and can tailor bespoke solutions displaying intuition and open mindedness; in addition the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including presenting.

You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and self-motivated to manage competing priorities in a fast paced professional environment.

One of your qualities will include discretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
