As Finance Director, you will join the executive leadership team and play a key role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all core financial functions, including financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and risk management
  • Build and refine financial models to guide strategic decision-making and assess business performance
  • Oversee budgeting, capital management, and funding strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting obligations
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial performance, capital strategy, and risk
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties, including investors, auditors, and lenders
  • Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to support scale and efficiency
  • Support M&A, funding rounds, and other corporate development initiatives where required

What You Bring:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally within financial services
  • Experience in lending, fintech, or asset-backed finance environments is highly desirable
  • Strong grasp of credit risk, capital structuring, and financial regulation
  • Proven ability to manage finance functions in high-growth or scaling organisations
  • Commercially savvy with strong business partnering and leadership skills
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Experience working with private equity or investor-backed businesses is a strong advantage
