About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all HR documentation and employee records are accurate and compliant. The position is responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of employment packs, and collecting required documents.
  • Maintain digital HR filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Update and manage HR databases, personnel files, and reporting spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
