The position will be full time. Must be available weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Ability to be creative and have input towards menu creation
  • A good understanding of W.H.S
  • The ability to supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Experience in kitchen administration, stock ordering, menu development and costing, stock take preferred
  • Ability to think creatively and produce high quality menu items
  • Ability to mentor junior kitchen staff in correct kitchen procedures
