Our client is seeking a motivated Assistant Body Corporate Manager to join a well-established, reputable strata management firm with a great culture and room for progression into full portfolio management.

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Strata Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day management of a portfolio of approximately 1,300 lots. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Strata Community Manager with the daily operations of the portfolio
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence
  • Manage a high volume of client communications via email and phone
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, quotes, and work orders
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing and documentation
  • Attend meetings where required
  • Participate in ongoing internal and industry training programs
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service/administration within a busy office setting
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Experienced in strata or property management (advantageous but not essential)
