About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Raine & Horne Sorell, Tasman & East Coast. This full-time role will be based in our Sorell office, and you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with a range of administrative and customer service responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to our office in a warm and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding to enquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and databases
  • Providing general administrative support, including listings, marketing and ordering
  • Assisting the Sales and Property Management teams with various tasks as required
  • Ensuring the reception area and overall office environment is well-presented and organised

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and professional service to clients
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
